Neighborhood Guide
Where the no-drive beach meets a relaxed coastal community on Florida's Atlantic coast.
About the Area
Ormond-By-The-Sea is a peaceful residential stretch along Ocean Shore Blvd, just north of the Granada Bridge. The no-drive beach in front of the building means uncrowded sand, clear water, and a safer environment for walking and swimming. It is one of the quietest beach access points on the entire East Coast.
Downtown Ormond Beach is a short drive across the Intracoastal Waterway, where you will find boutique shopping, fine dining, and a charming historic district. The area offers a Walk Score of 10-46, meaning you will want a car for errands, but everything is within easy reach. Commute times to most local destinations are under 30 minutes.
